CRUISE BUILT LLC ("Cruise Built", "we", "us") develops software for contractors, tradespeople, and small businesses. This policy explains what information our products may collect, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information you enter into our apps

Our apps are designed to let you record your own work information. Depending on the product and the features you use, this may include:

• Notes, job details, and calculation entries
• Photos, voice notes, plans, and other documents you add
• Time card entries, material lists, and bid information
• Account details you choose to provide, such as a name or email address

Content you create is stored so the app can function. Where a product stores content only on your device, that content is not transmitted to us.

Purchases

Purchases and upgrades, including one-time Pro upgrades, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms handle payment details under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Analytics and diagnostics

Where analytics or crash diagnostics are enabled in a product, they may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and error reports. This information is used to fix problems and improve our software. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by our products, including industry-standard transport encryption where data is transmitted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

Our products may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, such as app stores, hosting providers, and analytics or crash reporting tools. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. You can also delete content directly within our apps, or remove an app and its local data from your device. To make a request, contact us using the email address below.

Children's privacy

Our products are intended for business use by adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our products change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
