Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any CRUISE BUILT LLC product or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

Software use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our products except where permitted by law.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter into our products
• Verifying calculations, measurements, bids, and estimates before relying on them
• Maintaining your own backups of important business records
• Using our products lawfully and not interfering with their operation

Intellectual property

All software, branding, designs, and content provided by Cruise Built remain the property of CRUISE BUILT LLC. Content you create in our apps remains yours.

Paid features and purchases

Some products include paid features, including one-time upgrades. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms and are subject to their terms, billing rules, and refund policies. Refund requests must generally be handled through the store where the purchase was made.

No professional advice

Our products provide tools and calculations for convenience. They do not constitute engineering, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any result used in your work.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRUISE BUILT LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from use of our products.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products if these terms are violated. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
